Lake Garda Regatta Training 2025

This spring, Bluboats is once again organizing the popular regatta training on Lake Garda for the Blu26 class together with the Sailingcenter Tegernsee. During four days from 20 to 23 March 2025, training sessions on the water and on land with professional sailor Christian Scherrer are on the program.

In addition to sailing, video debriefings and theory, there will also be plenty of social and culinary activities. The training will conclude with a small regatta series. Team and individual registrations with or without a boat are possible. The training takes place in cooperation with Fraglia Vela Riva in Riva del Garda.

Ten years blu26 – The video

As the blu26 celebrates its tenth anniversary, examples continue to be sailing enthusiastically across Europe, by a mix of pro teams, private owners, sailing schools, yacht clubs and event companies – all giving their owners the same pleasure as they did when they were first launched.

bluboats cup in Constance (GER)

On the weekend of November 12 and 13, the Bluboats Cup will be held in Constance (GER).

On this occasion the general assembly of the blu26 Class Association will be held, on the evening of Friday November 11.

blu26 Bayern Cup on Tegernsee

From September 30 to October 2, 2011 the first Bavaria Cup was sailed on Lake Tegern. Nine teams from Germany and Switzerland were there for an exciting regatta weekend.

After seven races in beautiful weather and excellent wind conditions, Mitja Meyer and her Alster Matchrace Team won the regatta. Congratulations! 2nd and 3rd were the Swiss teams of Beat Müller and David Menti.

Nach einer wettermässig nahezu perfekten Segelwoche beim St. Moritz Match Race, bei der die 12 Teams spannenden und sportlich hoch stehenden Segelsport gezeigt hatten, traf der Wind am Finalttag nicht früh genug auf dem St. Moritzersee ein.

Der Final Matches mussten abgebrochen werden. Torvar Mirsky und sein Team gewannen somit das diesjährige St. Moritz Match Race.

 

Interboot in Friedrichshafen

The 50th Interboot boat show in Friedrichshafen (GER) will be open from September 17 to 25, 2011. Bluboats will be present with two blu26’s. One you can find at our booth (no. A3/203), the other one on the “IBN Aktionfläche”. There you can also enjoy presentations and talks by Christian Scherrer and Christian Bolinger, and profit from their expertise.

St-Moritz Match Race 2011

The prestigious St. Mortiz Match Race starts on wednesday with the first Round Robin. The event unites the best Match Race Sailors and takes place from August 31st to September 4th. The skippers compete on six provided blu26 boats for points in the Match Racing World Championship and a total purse of 150,000 Swiss francs.
