bluboats was founded in spring 2006 by professional sailor Christian “Blumi” Scherrer
and Yachtdesigner Christian Bolinger.
Who we are
bluboats is a consultant and distribution company specialising in bringing fast and elegant sailing yachts onto inland waters via a large network of specialist partners. The aim is to develop several types of semi-custom and one-design sailing yachts.
Our vision
Our yachts are optimized for inland water sailing. The blu30 semi-custom is the first such yacht followed by the blu26, which was launched as a one-design at the end of 2006. Enjoy our website and we hope to welcome you aboard a bluboat soon.
